Description
The Swift Acrylic Paint Roller is made with high elasticity fiber that maintains the roller cover’s shape during usage so that the fabric will keep its shape and the paint is delivered minimum splatter onto the surface being painted. This acrylic fabric is woven rather than knitted which gives a more even and tighter construction with fibers locked into place into the backing.
The backing of the fabric has resin which, on winding onto the plastic core is fixed by the hot melt thermo-bonding process of modern manufacturing methods. Fabric is locked tight and will never come away from the polyamide tube. As with all our roller covers, these are bevel shaped at the ends to be able to do corner painting work and naturally the fabric is combed, carded, and trimmed to prevent loose fibers and to ensure a good shape.
As with any roller, always use a tray with a grid to load up, making sure that excess paint is taken off the cover before putting it to the surface to be painted. Our roller covers are a standard fit to any 9” roller frame, 4 wire, 5 wire or even economy cage-less frames.
