Pioneer’s Pro Grade Paint Scrapers are made with stainless steel which has been cut out from a sheet before being rolled and ground which gives the blades a slight incline along the metal towards the tip.

The blade of the paint scrapers are ground and rolled by skilled artisans to judge the detailing and to ensure the greatest quality blades are used for our paint scrapers. Once this is done, the blades are stamped and cut to create two fixing holes for the rivets and then taken to be hardened and cured.

The final stage in preparation of the blades is to cut the blade tip at an angle to provide a sharp tip which is used for efficient scraping of wallpaper etc. Once the blade is finished, the wooden handle, which is in two pieces on either side of the blade is rivetted into place using the two holes made earlier. This is a high quality tool that will last many years. It will not rust or snap, and the handles will remain in place.
