Description
The Swift Woven Roller fibers is a paint roller made with high elasticity fibers which ensures that the the paint is delivered with little or no paint splatter at all, thus avoiding messing paint on clothing and flooring. The high elasticity fibers used in this paint roller also ensures that the cover maintains its shape.
The fabric is made with high pile fibers using strong stiff polyester with excellent bend recovery which is woven giving a more even and therefore stronger lock. This ensures that fibers are held firmly into place into the backing. The backing of the fabric is sprayed with resin which, on winding onto the plastic core, is fused by the hot melt thermo-bonding process with modern roller winding equipment.
The fabric is locked tight and will not come away from the polyamide core even if soaked in the strongest of solvents. As with all our roller covers, these woven roller covers are cut to a bevel shape at the ends to enable corner painting work and the fabric is combed, carded, and trimmed to prevent loose fibers and to give a good shape.
As with any roller, use a tray with a grid to load up, ensuring that any excess paint is taken off the cover before painting. Our covers are a standard fit to any 9” roller frame, 4 wire, 5 wire or even economy cage-less frames.
This is a professional quality item for tradesmen and can be cleaned out and re-used regularly. Alternatively, it can be stored in our Provinci Roller Keeper system which will keep your roller fresh and ready to use for up to three months, which allows you to save time and money.
